PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous high frequency liquid food heating device capable of continuously heating processed meat like ham, sausage, or other liquid food by high frequency induction heating, realizing expected state of heating such as heating not uniformly but heating the center part or peripheral part with deviations.;SOLUTION: The liquid food 1 is transferred in a transfer pipe 4 made of insulation material. A plurality of ring-shaped electrodes 7, 8, 9 surrounding external periphery of the transfer pipe 4 are arranged, and the liquid food in the transfer pipe 4 is heated by high frequency induction heating between adjacent ring-shaped electrodes. The liquid food heating area can be changed by moving the ring-shaped electrode in the direction of the axis of the the transfer pipe 4. It is also possible to heat the liquid food in the transfer pipe 4 in deviated state by replacing the ring-shaped electrodes with electrodes arranged on either side of the transfer pipe 4 and changing the width of the electrodes facing each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
