To provide an induction heating-type processing device capable of reducing a size thereof, improving heating efficiency, preventing the degradation of workability, and simultaneously applying heat to both sides of an object, the present invention includes a nonmagnetic metal element (2) and a magnetic metal element (3) which are arranged by interposing the object (W), and an induction coil (4) which is opposite to the magnetic metal element (3) with regard to the nonmagnetic metal element (2). Magnetic flux generated by the induction coil (4) permeates the nonmagnetic metal element (2) and passes through the inside of the magnetic metal element (3).
