PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit capable of removing the direct current offset voltage is provided to expect the excellent effect capable of improving the performance of semiconductor integrated circuit by removing the direct current offset voltage of the operational amplifier. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit capable of removing the direct current offset voltage includes an amplifier(100), an offset removing circuit(200) and a switching circuit(300). The amplifier(100) is provided with a differential input terminal, a first output node and a second output node and the negative input terminal and the output terminal are connected to each other through the feedback loop. The offset removing circuit(200) stores the voltage difference corresponding to the offset voltage at the differential input terminal of the amplifier(100) and removes the offset voltage by compensating the stored voltage difference at the differential input terminal. And, the switching circuit(300) converts the mode capable of sampling the offset voltage by selectively switching the amplifier(100) and the offset removing circuit(200) and the mode for compensating the offset voltage.
