A pair of machine parts (2,3) are coupled together such that limited relative movement about an axis (A) can take place. Electrical cables or hoses are fed through a flexible tube (4). This is fixed to the machine parts by brackets (1.2,2.2,3.1,3.2) and allows movement when any machine part movement takes place.
