PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking stove and an assembling method of a support member of an optical part in the cooking stove, having excellent fitting performance of an optical part to a top plate (a glass plate).;SOLUTION: The top face of a body case storing a gas burner in the gas cooking stove is covered with the glass top plate 4, the surface of the glass top plate 4 is flat, and the back is rugged. A support frame 53 to which a light emitting element 50 is fixed is fitted to the lower side of the glass top plate 4, and a lubricating film 56 is applied to the back of the glass top plate 4.
