(57) [Abstract] The present invention relates to treatment of an aqueous system and water containing ozone. Aqueous apparatus includes a closed-loop device for delivering to the machining position from the position producing various Seisan-butsu. Water flow may include microbial load and attack pollution load. The treatment zone is defined as the water passes therethrough. Processing zone, substantially reduces the number of microorganisms that may contacts the ozone concentration sufficient to substantially reduce microbial populations, to generate slime inside the device. Ozone in an amount that is reduced to a safe level the microbial population, decreases to a safe level substantially products worker or even in contact with the ozone concentration is added to the water stream in the treatment zone . Typically, the concentration such, ozone is less than 1 part by weight, preferably 0.5 parts of ozone parts by weight of less than per million parts by weight of water-based equipment per million parts by weight of water-based equipment. By using the treatment zone in an aqueous system, the release of ozone to the area where the product enters and leaves often be avoided or substance, easily react and workers.
