The technique for fastening the bone fragments in the patients with craniocerebral injury comprises drilling the symmetrical openings on the side of the bone fragment and the corresponding intact bone alongside the sawcut. Then the bone fragments are fastened by the titanium construct. On the side of the intact bone, the opening is drilled at a distance from the edge of the bone defect. Then the titanium plate is screwed at this site. The plate has the holes drilled at the distance of 0.5-0.8 cm from the opposite edges of the plate. On the side of the bone fragment, the opening is drilled through the opening in the plate. Then the plate is fastened to the bone fragment by the screw. The bonefragment is fastened with the aid of three plates installed at an angle of 120 DEGREE one to another.
