The elastic seal (36) between the button (10) and actuator (32) has an inner flange (362) for locating between a hollow shaft (14) protruding from the button and a ring-shaped shoulder (322) on the actuator, as well as an outer flange (364) for locating between the fastener (34) for the seal and an outer raised surface (302) in the base of the casing body (50). The housing (30) for the button is provided in the top side of a casing body at the proximal end of the latter and a connecting part (52) extends in the direction of the distal end of the body. The bottom of the housing includes an inner raised surface (304) extending upwards in the casing body length direction and surrounded by an outer raised surface also extending upwards. The button actuator is located inside the casing body and surrounded by an elastic part. The elastic seal extends around the shoulder. The hollow shaft on the bottom side of the button protrudes into the seal so that the latter is urged firmly against the shoulder. The fastener (34) for the seal is located between the button and seal.
