PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for efficiently expressing a gene in a Purkinje cell by using a virus vector applicable to basic medical researches related to a cerebellum and gene therapy of cerebellar diseases.;SOLUTION: An expression vector is derived from a lentivirus or an adeno-associated virus containing an L7 promoter sequence or its induced sequence or a calbindin promoter or its induced sequence and arranged so that a nucleic acid which is an object of induction can operably be connected to the downstream side of the promoter. A therapeutic agent comprises the expression vector as an active ingredient for diseases caused by an injury as a cause in a cerebellar Purkinje cell for injection into the subarachnoidal space of the cerebellar surface. A method for inducing the nucleic acid into the cerebellar Purkinje cell of a nonhuman animal comprises inducing the expression vector into the subarachnoidal space of the nonhuman animal and specifically expressing the nucleic acid in the Purkinje cell. A method for preparing a transgenic animal comprises inducing the expression vector into the subarachnoidal space of the nonhuman animal and specifically expressing the nucleic acid in the Purkinje cell.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
