Disclosed is a homologous recombinant expression vector for expression of recombinant genes in "Non-Secreting/Zero" NS/O cells, whereby such vector comprises a promoter for the recombinant gene expression, further a transcription unit encoding a selection signal character and a specific DNA sequence of a 2A murine gamma immunoglobulin locus for locally targeted homologous recombination. According to the present invention there has been identified a specific locus in the genome of a murine host cell, which causes high levels of recombinant gene expression following stable integration, via homologous recombination, of the recombinant gene into the specific chromosomal locus. The invention also relates to expression method of the recombinant genes.
