PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable landing hall device of an elevator for a base isolation building, for allowing a movable baseboard for blocking up clearance between a lower end part of a movable side wallboard and a movable floorboard to follow while smoothly sliding by dead weight even if a hoistway side jamb floats when an earthquake occurs.;SOLUTION: This movable landing hall device has a base part building side movable floorboard 20 arranged on the base part building body 2 side of a getting in and out passage 7, a hoistway side movable floorboard 24 arranged on the hoistway 5 side of the getting in and out passage and arranged so as to always overlap with an under surface of the base part building side movable floorboard, a base part building side movable side wallboard 23 arranged on the base part building body side of the getting in and out passage, a hoistway side movable side wall 27 arranged on the hoistway side of the getting in and out passage, and the movable baseboard 33 respectively slidably stored in a lower end part of the base part building side movable wallboard and a lower end part of the hoistway side movable side wall and blocking up the clearance between the base part building side movable floorboard and the hoistway side movable floorboard.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
