PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a movable landing device for an elevator for a base isolation building having a movable floor part of a getting on/off passage capable of responding to the relative displacement of a base part entrance and an elevator shaft entrance without abnormality and returning to the regular position after an earthquake.;SOLUTION: The movable landing device comprises a fixed floor plate 20, a fixed ceiling 21 and a fixed side wall 23, which are respectively provided on a building body side of the getting on/off passage and forming a fixed entrance, a plurality of movable side floor plates 24 provided on an elevator shaft side of the getting on/off passage and arranged to always overlap the upper face of the fixed floor plate, a plurality of movable ceilings 28 and movable side walls 27 provided on the elevator shaft side of the getting on/off passage and slidably fitted inside the fixed ceiling and inside the fixed side wall, and extensible connection links 34 for the movable floor plates provided among the fixed floor plate 20 and the movable floor plates 24 for sliding/displacing the movable floor plates equally from each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
