PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a movable landing device for an elevator for a base isolation building with a projection margin of a landing floor made as small as possible and capable of returning to a predetermined position after an earthquake.;SOLUTION: The movable landing device comprises a fixed floor plate 20, a fixed ceiling 21 and a fixed side wall 23, which are respectively provided on a building body side of a getting on/off passage 7 and forming a fixed entrance 19, a movable side floor plate 24 provided on an elevator shaft 5 side of the getting on/off passage and arranged to always overlap the upper face of the fixed floor plate, a plurality of movable ceilings 28 and movable side walls 27 respectively provided on the elevator shaft side of the getting on/off passage and slidably fitted inside the fixed ceiling and inside the fixed side wall. The fixed floor plate 20 is composed of a hollow fixed floor plate body 20a installed in a recessed part of a building body side landing floor, a movable type projecting floor 20b inserted into the fixed floor plate body to be capable of projecting or retracting, and an extensible member 20c provided between the fixed floor plate body and the movable type projecting floor for energizing the movable type projecting floor to be always in a projecting state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
