A method and system for realizing the domain authentication and network authority authentication solves the limitation issues in the practical application caused by the high requirement to the client network device and authentication server in the prior authentication manner. The method includes: the user terminal sends the authentication request to the domain controller via the tracking control device; the domain controller performs the domain authentication for the user according to the domain authentication request and returns the domain authentication result to the tracking control device; if the domain authentication is successful, the tracking control device obtains the network access authority corresponding to the user and authorizes the user, otherwise refuses the user accessing the network.
