The invention provides a method and a device for implementing a domain authentication and a network privilege authentication to solve the limitation in practical applications due to strict requirements on clients, network devices and authentication servers by using the existing authentication method. The method includes: a user terminal sends a domain authentication request to a domain controller by a tracking control device; the domain controller performs a domain authentication on the user terminal according to the domain authentication request, and returns a domain authentication result to the tracking control device; and if the domain authentication is successful, the tracking control device obtains a network access privilege corresponding to the user and authorizes, otherwise rejects the user to access the network.
