PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a names list wherein since a nameplate can be made on the spot after registering, preparation of the nameplate or the like is not required, confusion and retard of the reception desk are not generated and a psychological effect can be made on the name plate by means of entry items on the entry column and can be made immmediately on the spot.;SOLUTION: For the name list, entry items and an entry column of entry units divided by devising entry items and their arrangement or the like are provided on a surface of an entry sheet bound in the names list, a structure of staying a name plate capable of being easily taken out in an entry column unit when required is held in the rear part of the entry sheet, a structure capable of being copied by writing pressure is held between the entry sheet and the name plate paper, simple manual working is applied to the name plate paper taken out after entry to make the name plate capable of being attached to clothes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
