METHOD FOR PRODUCING SMOKED EGG

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing smoked eggs into a beautiful finished state without shaving stain on the surface and using a coating liquid. PSOLUTION: This method for producing the smoked eggs comprises a seasoning process 1 of seasoning boiled eggs, a heating process 2 of putting the boiled eggs in a smoke house followed by adding heat at 75C-85C for 6-10 h, a washing process 3 of taking out the boiled eggs from the smoke house once and washing the surface of the boiled eggs with water or hot water to remove stains, a drying process 4 of drying the boiled eggs at 45C-55C for about 1 h, and a smoke process 5 of starting to smoke the boiled eggs at 45C-55C while raising the temperature by 2C-3C at every several hours.
