PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food packaging film which can discharge the steam or the expanded gas of a content to the outside when a packaging bag containing a food is heated.;SOLUTION: This food packaging film is a laminated film of at least a resin film A and a resin film B, and the resin film A has a cutting section on the surface.
