PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mounting an anti-snow panel for a traffic sign and an anti-snow panel being easy and safe to mount even at a high position by eliminating the need to align hole positions during mounting. SOLUTION: A rail and a fitting that can be fitted together are initially attached to a sign board and the anti-snow panel and fitted together whereby the anti-snow panel can be mounted on a traffic sign. Thus, the anti-snow panel can be mounted on the traffic sign by the simple and reliable method of fitting the rail and the fitting together, so that safety is assured for operations at high positions. Since the rail is used on one side, the rail and the fitting can be fitted together without the need to strictly align the position of the fitting, especially in the horizontal direction. Further, even if there is the need to hang the panel using a crane or the like, the operation to be carried out under such a condition is not necessary after the fitting has been fitted into the rail, so the operation is much easier than before.
