After forming the matrix and the peripheral circuit by the fact that conductive layer and insulating layer are laminated on baseplate 30, because the insulator of substantial thickness being removed after the mosaic of the color filter is accumulated in only the territory MP of the matrix, height H1 of the filter for the exposure to light territory becomes low.
