PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically register a new expression in a dictionary in extraction processing of reputation information. PSOLUTION: This reputation information extracting device having a function for extracting reputation information being a set of an evaluation expression and an attribute expression from text by referring to an evaluation dictionary and an attribute information includess a means for determining that one clause is an additional candidate clause to the attribute dictionary when it is determined that the other clause between two clause constituting a clause pair extracted from a sentence includes an evaluation expression in the evaluation dictionary and that the one clause includes no expression in any dictionary, and for determining that the one clause is an additional candidate clause to the evaluation dictionary when it is determined that the other clause includes an attribute expression in the attribute dictionary and that the one clause does include no expression in any dictionary, and a means for extracting an evaluation expression or an attribute expression from the additional candidate clause to the evaluation dictionary or the additional candidate clause to the attribute dictionary and adding the extracted expression as a new expression to the evaluation dictionary or the attribute dictionary.
