A judging method of mail type and a device and a system using the same are provided, the judging method of mail type includes : reading the mail header of the unknown type mail; extracting the field ONE according to the preset condition ONE from the header; making the Vector Quantization to combination of the field ONE with its representation, then obtaining the character vector ONE of the preset number ONE; using the character vector ONE as the input, adopting the data stored by the pre-established acting module, calculating by prefabricating and forecasting arithmetic, then obtaining the resu judging the mail type of the unknown type mail according to the calculated result.
