A nuisance e-mail judging device not requiring sender’s computer sending a necessary e-mail to have a special function and not requiring the receiver to do troublesome operation when the receiver receives the e-mail. The nuisance e-mail judging device (11) for distinguishing necessary e-mails from unnecessary nuisance ones comprises a received e-mail storage section (13a) for storing received e-mails as received e-mails, a permission information managing section (13c) where the receiver’s business card information or receiver’s personal information are set as permission information, an e-mail processing section (14) for judging a received e-mail as a nuisance e-mail if the received e-mail contains no permission information and deleting the received e-mail from the received e-mail storage section (13a). If a received e-mail contains no permission information, it is sent from a sender whom the receiver is unacquainted with. Therefore, the e-mail is judged as a nuisance e-mail and deleted from the receiver-mail storage section (13a). Consequently, an e-main from a sender who does not know the receiver is detected and deleted.
