A BOARD METAMORPHOSIS PREVENTION AND FALLING GUIDANCE EQUIPMENT IN CUTTING MACHINE

An apparatus for transformation prevention and falling guide of a board material in a cutting machine is provided to prevent the deformation of board material in a cutting machine and guide the ejecting of the cut board material efficiently. An apparatus for transformation prevention and falling guide of a board material in a cutting machine comprises a top strut and a bottom strut. In the top strut, a cross rail(20) is installed on a portion of a frame(1), a tie bar(22) is inserted to through holes(21) formed on the cross rail(20) and fixed by a screw(23), an auxiliary cross rail(20a) supporting the leading end of the tie bar is attached on a portion of the frame, and a back gauge(24) is inserted to the tie bar and fixed by a screw(23a). In the bottom strut, a shaft(30) is hinged to the frame, a board material support rod(31) and a support rod(32) are installed on the shaft, and the support rod is connected with the leading end of a shaft(33a) of a cylinder(33) by a hinge.
