An in vivo-like cell chip having a plurality of microfluidic channels is provided to reduce manufacturing costs and enable a user to change a design of the microfluidic channels with ease. An in vivo-like cell chip comprises a plurality of microfluidic channels, cell materials, and a sample injection unit. The plurality of microfluidic channels includes a sample inlet and a sample outlet. The cell materials are coated on an inner wall of the microfluidic channels. The sample inlet is connected to the sample outlet. The plurality of microfluidic channels are arranged to be parallel to a top of a substrate. The microfluidic channels are made of PDMS, PMMA, polyacrylate, polycarbonate, polycyclic olefin, polyimide, or polyurethane.
