One management system, uses the Kazakhstan of food for identification as a sensor chip of a RFID labels, is arranged to reduce unnecessary loss to a manager or an operator by transmission warning message. One nano ink sensor unit (10) catches the deterioration of food. One RFID labels (20) catch the identification information of an equation. One data management server reads the information of a RFID sensor chips by a RFID reader. The coincidence of RFID sensor chips and a data management server nano ink sensor unit is judged. Data management server previously caught the concentration of the substance detected. When it has the substance deteriorated, data management server exports corresponding information in administrator terminal or operator terminal.
