An auto tongs for high temperature operation using a power interception equipment for a safety device is provided to prevent cutting of a wire-rope and accident due to cutting of a wire-rope by preventing overload from being exerted on the wire-rope by cutting off power with a power interception equipment. An auto tongs for high temperature operation using a power interception equipment for a safety device consists of a body, an arm, a tong, and a hoist. A hook hanger is pivotally installed at the upper part in order to reel the load of the high temperature used in the forging workplace and move it. The arm is pivotally installed in the bottom side of the body. Tong is installed to be rotated by the arm and reel the load. The hoist comprises a motor(110), a reducer(120), a drum(130), and a plurality of pulleys(140). The motor operates the tong reeling the load to the inner side of the body. The reducer speeds down the rotation speed by being linked to the motor. The drum reels a wire-rope by being linked to the reduce. The pulleys is installed to guide the wire-rope(150) reeled to the drum. A power interception apparatus(170) is installed to cut off the power delivered from the motor in case overload acts on the wire rope.
