PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the lift arm-lifting or lowering structure of a working vehicle, which is formed not to cause the mistake of a worker, when a lifting or lowering tool is wrongly operated on the lifting side or lowering side after the operation of a key switch from OFF position to ON position and before the starting operation of an engine.;SOLUTION: The operation of a control valve 11 on the lifting side with a control means 36 is prevented, even when the lifting or lowering tool 23 is operated on the lifting side after the operation of the key switch 43 from OFF position to ON position and before the starting operation of the engine.
