A method for predicting the recurrence of the epithelial tumor of the lacrimal gland provides for the immunocytochemical analysis of the peripheral blood using the set of monoclonals CD 16, CD 25, CD 95. When CD 16183 cells/L, CD 25218 cells/L and CD 95283 cells/L, the recurrence of cancer is predictable, and the risk group of the patients may be delineated on this basis.
