PURPOSE: A cache read method of nonvolatile memory device capable of supporting a cache read operation is provided to increase the efficiency of the cache read operation by maintaining the cache read operation in case there is a page for omitting the read operation while performing the cache read operation.;CONSTITUTION: A cache read method of nonvolatile memory device capable of supporting a cache read operation is as follows. N page is stored in a first register and n-1 page data stored in a second register is outputted. A page omitting the read of n+1 page is inputted.
