摘要

PURPOSE: A multiple mold for standard flanges is provided to reduce raw material and increase productivity by progressing tasks at the same time.;CONSTITUTION: The multiple flanges are simultaneously produced on the forging work. The heating temperature of the material is up to 1200°C~1250°C on the forging work. The forging work is completed when the material is cooled by 1100°C. The specialized mold is manufactured with the air drop hammer more than 20tons. When the forging work is progressed with the mold, the cost for the re-heat of the material is reduced. The mold is manufactured on the forging work by the form forging work. When the 300LB 24" WN type forging is manufactured, the 300LB 12" SO type mold is mounted in the inside as the insert core.
