PURPOSE: A docking station and a portable computer with the same are provided to apply to computer bodies with various sizes without replacing the docking station or using an additional device.;CONSTITUTION: A docking body(40) supports the rear region of a computer body and is electrically connected to the computer body. An angle control unit(50) is rotatably combined with the docking body to control the installation angle of the docking body.
