PURPOSE: A memory device with an adaptive control scheme and an operation method thereof are provided to optimize an operation condition according to memory blocks or groups by dividing the memory cell array into plural groups and adaptively controlling the memory cell array.;CONSTITUTION: A memory cell array(110) is classified into a plurality of groups. A lookup unit(200) outputs a property data set of a group corresponding to the received address signal.
