PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an antioxidant using an animal protein fermentation technique, and the antioxidant manufactured therefrom are provided to store the antioxidant for a long time without degrading.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an antioxidant comprises the following steps: mixing Bacillus subtilis, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Aspergillus oryzae, to form a microorganism culture medium; vacuum processing the microorganism culture medium; producing animal protein powder and mixing with the microorganism culture medium; fermenting the mixture for 7~10 days; forming silk peptide powder and mixing with the microorganism culture medium; fermenting the mixture for 30~40 days; and mixing the fermented animal protein powder and silk peptide powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
