PURPOSE: A storage method for fowl meat is provided to supply fresh meat for consumer by lengthening storage time. CONSTITUTION: A storage method for fowl meat is to fill 50-100 weight parts of functional yogurt to 100.0 of fowl meat and store. The functional yogurt is prepared by inoculating 0.01-0.05%(w/v) of lactobacillus selected from Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus helveticus, Streptococcus thermophilus, and Bifidobacterium; and culturing.
