FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: device for mincing of starch-containing raw materials includes cylindrical casing with loading hopper and unloading window, shaft-mounted worm and mincing disc-shaped elements placed on worm shaft. Flight screws are equipped with teeth for raw material preliminary mincing. Disc-shaped mincing elements with one-sided fluting are set eccentrically on worm's shaft and are shifted one respectively another in helicoidal line.;EFFECT: increased device productivity and improved mincing grade comparing to the known device.;3 dwg
