PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pantograph voltage drop type pantograph bounce measuring device capable of detecting pantograph bounce occurrence by detecting a fine voltage drop generated at a pantograph bounce time by measuring an on-vehicle voltage.;SOLUTION: This pantograph voltage drop type pantograph bounce measuring device includes a voltage drop detection part 5 connected to a wire 4 from the pantograph 3, a high-pass filter (HPF) or a frequency analyzer 6 connected to the voltage drop detection part 5, and a voltage drop type pantograph bounce measurer 7 connected to the high-pass filter (HPF) or the frequency analyzer 6.
