PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo net locking structure capable of reliably locking an upper side locking member to a roof side rail without any increase of the number of components and degradation of the rigidity of the roof side rail, or the like.;SOLUTION: A hook bracket 16 having a hook hole 15 is integrally fixed to a bracket 14 for a grab rail.
