The invention relates to a process for preparing some dairy products. According to the invention, the process consists in mixing and homogenizing the consumption milk having a fat content of 3.5% with phytosterols containing beta-sitosterol and campesterol, as well as with phosphatidylcholine and, possibly, beta-carotene, the resulting mixture being then pasteurized, finally resulting a functional product to be used as a dietary supplement.
