SINGULAR METHOD FOR PROVISION WITH GUARANTEED ACCIDENT-FREE TRAFFIC OF VEHICLE IN VARIOUS EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

摘要

A singular method for provision with guaranteed accident-free traffic of a vehicle in various emergency situations relates to the branch of machine building in particular automobile manufacturing, aeronautical engineering namely to pedestrian and vehicle protection in particular motor-cars, damages when in motion of vehicles on automobile roads as well as aircrafts airplanes on aerodrome flight strip in different emergency situations including dangerous hydrometeorological phenomena (windstorms, fogs, hail, snowfall, ice-slick etc.), emergency road section, upon availability of animals and birds with protection of motor-car on the traffic way, a driver, passengers of passenger compartment and a pedestrian from death and severe injuries, in extreme conditions, when collision of cars with a pedestrian is impossible to prevent when appearance of drivers in moving motor-cars is excluded which the health status does not allow driving.
