A heating power is optionally monitored by measuring temperature of the food, and rotation speed of the agitator is pre-selected. A heat input in the food is automatically minimized based on temperature or average heat in the food or setting of agitator rotation speed above a predetermined threshold value. The threshold value of agitator rotation speed is less than 1000 rpm.
