The processor (1) has an electromotive drive for driving an agitator (8) in a heatable agitating vessel (7). An inner surface (16) of the agitating vessel is provided with a nonstick coating (17) i.e. PTFE coating, above a vertical vessel-wall section (18) and a vertical projection region of agitating arms (9). The vertical vessel-wall section is provided in a region of the agitator. The nonstick coating is continuously formed up to an opening edge (15) of the agitating vessel. The nonstick coating comprises a microstructured surface and a roughness depth of maximum preferably 1 mm.
