PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a cell-immobilized substrate having the micropattern of a cell adhesion region.;SOLUTION: The method for producing the cell-immobilized substrate in which cells are laid on desired positions on the substrate surface, is provided, comprising (a) a step of providing a substrate having a cell-nonadhesive polyethylene glycol layer on its surface; (b) a step of forming the pattern of a cell adhesion region on the substrate surface by laying an extracellular matrix solution on the polyethylene glycol layer; and (c) a step of laying cells on the cell adhesion region.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
