PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: because it is necessary to previously determine a characteristic phrase (e.g. "a cool musical piece" or "tears overflow") inside a review in conventional recommendation technology wherein the predetermined characteristic phrase is extracted from the review such as an introduction sentence of a musical piece, and wherein a vector value according to appearance frequency thereof is used, trouble of deciding the characteristic phrase is taken; and when the review does not include the characteristic phrase at all, it is not possible to refer to the review.;SOLUTION: In this recommendation device, by morpheme-analyzing the review to each commodity, a plurality of keywords are automatically extracted, and a point is imparted according to the appearance frequency thereof. The recommendation device has a function of specifying the keywords performing accordance or the like between the commodities, and deciding similarity between both the commodities by a total value of the points attached to the keywords.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
