EQUIPMENT STORAGE METHODS FOR CORROSION PREVENTION AND CONTROL: A Business Case Analysis on Equipment Covers for Army Ground Systems

This Business Case Analysis (BCA) for equipment covers includes an objectively documented analysis, comparison of alternatives and recommendations to address covers for Army ground systems for the purposes of corrosion protection in Contiguous U.S. (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous U.S. (OCO-NUS) Army locations. This applies to Army ground systems which may include spare and repair parts. The methodology and discussion in this BCA could apply to aviation systems, but a majority of the data, assumptions, reports and subject matter expert (SME) knowledge are taken from ground systems-related content. This BCA is being submitted to the Army Corrosion Board for review, feedback and final decision.
