The present invention relates to a service providing apparatus for recommending movies by using BLE and a facial recognition technology, a movie recommendation service system comprising the same, a method for controlling the same, and a recording medium recording a computer program thereof. According to the present invention, identification information and so on of a device of at least one user who enters a place related to a ticket is collected by using a BLE communications method. A user′s face of the device of a relevant user who sits on a relevant seat is captured by at least one camera installed in the pace related to the ticket. Whether the relevant user focuses on a situation occurring in the relevant place or dozes by applying the facial recognition technology to the captured face of the user. Afterwards, identified information is linked to information of the situation, occurring in the relevant place, and then is stored, and then recommendation information is provided to the relevant user based on the stored information and the information of the situation occurring in the relevant place.
