Disclosed herein are a sensing device and sensing processing method for a moving object that solves inaccurate sensing processing due to loss of a ball image or an error in recognition of the ball image caused when a multiple exposure image of a moving object is acquired by a low resolution and low speed camera device and strobe flashlight device to accurately extract an image of the object from the acquired image and to accurately obtain coordinates of a center point of the extracted object image at a sub pixel level, thereby achieving high sensing processing performance and sensing accuracy at low cost and a virtual golf simulation device using the same.
