PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of valsartan is provided to easily remove toluene and by-product Pd-C through simple filtering, washing, and distillation under reduced pressure.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of valsartan comprises falling stages: manufacturing a compound which is represented by chemical formula 7 by reacting valeryl chloride which is represented by chemical formula 6 with N-acylation; manufacturing a compound which is represented by chemical formula 3 by reacting under presence of chemical formula 7 compound and base; manufacturing a compound which is represented by chemical formula 4 by heating and refluxing the chemical formula 3 compound with tributyltin azide; and manufacturing a compound which is represented by chemical formula 1 by hydrogenating the chemical formula 4.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
