PURPOSE: A conductive paste composition for inner electrodes and a manufacturing method of multi-layer ceramic capacitor using thereof are provided to enhance electrode connectivity and dielectric property.;CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste composition for inner electrodes(103) comprises nickel or conductive powder including nickel alloy, spherical shaped sintering inhibitor including BaTiO3 powder, and a glass composition which is represented by chemical formula of aLi2O-bK2O-cCaO-dBaO-eB2O3-fSiO2. Here, a, b, c, d, e, and f satisfy the following conditions: 2=a=10, 2=b=10, 0=c=25, 0=d=25, 5=e=20, 50=f=80. The conductive powder has an average particle size of 50-150 nano meters. The content amount of granules based on 3-25 weight% of conductive powder. The glass composition is 1-3 weight% included based on BaTiO3 powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
