摘要

PURPOSE: A large area deposition apparatus using surface acoustic waves and a method for manufacturing a large-area electrode are provided to guarantee the jetting continuity of the conductive ink by equally maintaining a flow rate of the conductive ink.;CONSTITUTION: A large area deposition apparatus using surface acoustic waves comprises a substrate(10), a vibration generating unit(110), a nozzle unit(120), an ink supply unit(130), an electrostatic force apply unit(140). The vibration generating unit generates the surface acoustic waves by receiving power. The vibration generating unit comprises a piezoelectric base(111), a vibrating electrode(112). The piezoelectric base is separately placed from the substrate. The vibrating electrode is patterned on the piezoelectric base. The nozzle unit continuously supplies conductive ink to the vibration generating unit. The ink feeding unit offers the conductive ink to the nozzle unit. The electrostatic force apply unit applies electrostatic force for inducing the flow of the atomized conductive ink to the substrate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
